These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bralio AI website, waitlist, and AI-powered corporate English coaching service delivered via the WhatsApp Business Platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Braulio Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as "Bralio AI" ("Bralio," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bralio AI provides an AI-powered English coaching service for professionals, delivered through the WhatsApp messaging platform. The Service includes daily lessons on corporate English vocabulary, grammar, and phrasing; written evaluations and spoken drills; voice note analysis for pronunciation, fluency, and filler word detection; and on-demand English coaching assistance.
Bralio AI is an educational tool and coaching aid. It is not a substitute for professional language certification, academic instruction, or human language tutoring.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address and, when the Service launches, a WhatsApp phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
By joining our waitlist, you consent to receiving emails from Bralio AI regarding product updates, launch announcements, and related promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at bralioapp@gmail.com. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any specific pricing.
The Service is delivered through WhatsApp Business API. By providing your WhatsApp phone number and opting in to the Service, you consent to receiving messages from Bralio AI on WhatsApp, including daily lessons, coaching feedback, reminders, and service-related notifications.
You may opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by sending "STOP" to Bralio AI on WhatsApp or by contacting us at bralioapp@gmail.com. Opting out of WhatsApp messages will effectively suspend your access to the core coaching Service.
Our messaging practices comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. We do not send unsolicited messages or spam.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of improving your professional English skills. You agree not to:
When the Service officially launches, access will be offered through a paid monthly subscription plan. Subscription details, pricing, and billing terms will be communicated prior to launch and displayed at the time of purchase.
All content, materials, lessons, coaching feedback, AI-generated responses, branding, logos, and software associated with the Service are the property of Bralio AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the messages, voice notes, and other content you submit through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Bralio AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your User Content solely for the purposes of providing and improving the coaching Service.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from User Content to improve our AI models and coaching quality. This aggregated data will not identify you personally.
Bralio AI uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching feedback, lesson content, and language analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The Service is provided as an educational aid, and you should use your own judgment when applying coaching feedback in professional settings.
Bralio AI does not guarantee specific outcomes, including job placement, promotion, or language proficiency certification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bralio AI and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of income, career opportunities, or data.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bralio AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bralio AI and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at bralioapp@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bralio AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
